It is a mineral primer, used to improve the adhesion of mineral paints, silica and sol-gel silica (a mix of sol-gel silica and potassium silica), mineral aspect. The sol-gel silica primer is a mix of binders of sol-gel silica and potassium silica that improves the adhesion of sol-gel silica paints over old surfaces, as well as over those which have been previously painted with conventional paints. All this without applying bonding interphase. The silica paint is used to decorate facades and walls in both interior and exterior. It is dustproof, because it has antistatic properties.The sol-gel silica is completely weatherproof, water repellent, breathable for water steam, fireproof and UV-ray resistant. Unlike silica paints, the sol-gel silica can be applied over plastic paints, although it is advisable to apply beforehand a sol-gel silica primer.
